About the Artist
Heidi Marie Drake was born in Worcester MA on Nov 25, 1966. At age 6, she lost her hearing as a result of spinal meningitis. She started drawing from a very early age and escaped her world of silence by creating art. As a teen, she put her art on hold for many years, but after receiving a cochlear implant a few years ago, her art work came back with a passion. Heidi uses all kinds of methods to create her art, including sculpting. You can find her work on eBay by clicking here.
