This is a very famous old Japanese woodblock print, one of the series “One Hundred Views of Edo”.  The puzzle has been cut from 5-ply Russian birch, in my diagonal grid style, and will be very challenging.  The box is made from 1/4” bamboo, befitting an oriental puzzle.  On the end of the box, a Turtle Teasers icon of black walnut is inlayed into the bamboo.
