This puzzle is from a Japanese postcard.  It is a reproduction of a famous woodblock print by Utagawa Hiroshige.  It has been made from superior quality 12--ply Finland birch 1/4” plywood.  Although it has only 94 pieces, it has been cut on a diagonal grid and so the edge pieces do not interlock and the corner pieces have to be assembled from pairs of edge pieces, so it will probably surprise you with its degree of difficulty.

There is some minor bleed-through from the tung oil used to finish the back of this puzzle, and it is priced accordingly.  You can see this in the photo, and in my opinion the actual puzzle is not affected as much as the photo suggests.
